Yadav is an inventor and entrepreneur.

Starting his career as a Deputy Manager with Tata International, he rose to become the CEO at Jyoti Trading Corp and then at SR International taking the latter from a USD 100000 startup to a mature 20 million USD enterprise in four years.

Yadav thought it worthwhile to do a reality check on his skills as an inventor and seasoned manager by starting his own venture. Retaining the R&D focus, his initiative has now blossomed into a 150 employee strong group.

His venture, SaiprografiQ makes pressure-sensitive and thermal transfer type specialty labels such as barcode, security and chemical resistant labels. The venture ongoing research focuses on intelligent product packaging, radio frequency identification and RFID consulting services.

Yadav always thought of inventing something that aided day to day chores. He thus fitted kitchen storage jars with sensors making them ‘intelligent’ enough to send ‘fill us’ requests to a program when reorder levels were reached. The program scanned through various price lists and sent the order out. This innovative idea earned him his first patent on a home inventory management system.

As a Director at IDCUBE, Yadav brings in a drive to invent and constantly innovate in the RFID space.

Yadav holds a Bachelors degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and an International Marketing Strategy diploma from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

Even as a child Divyakant busied himself with making small and useful innovations. In 2005, when everybody around him was busy raking in fat pay packets, he retained his urge to invent and took the road less travelled by starting IDCUBE as a young post graduate.

He always had a vision of creating technologies in the positive identification space and wanted to do so through strong research and development focus whilst building state of the art manufacturing capabilities. IDCUBE is the shape his vision has taken.

Divyakant has worked extensively in successful projects in the area of remote sensing from difficult terrains where wireless communication presents quite a few technical challenges. His expertise in radio frequency identification has paved the way for the present strategic thrust of IDCUBE.

Divyakant holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the Michigan Technological University, USA.

Count on Yogesh when it comes to swimming against the flow and winning on account of better thinking, greater gumption and firmer belief. Yogesh started out with two fellow entrepreneurs Vishnu Dusad and Arun Jain in 1983 with a vision of developing mass-market software products. Never looking back for a moment, Yogesh has created a successful banking product business in Nucleus Software (http://www.nucleussoftware.com).

Yogesh has a penchant for helping start-ups establish themselves. Besides steering Nucleus Software Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as its Managing Director, he is working on developing growth plans for entrepreneurial setups.

The work that Nucleus did with Citibank in its initial days was spun off as two hugely successful product and services companies, Polaris running under the stewardship of Arun Jain & Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. whose Managing Director is Vishnu Dusad.

As a Director at IDCUBE Identification Systems, Yogesh brings in management expertise and an intense focus on software products. Having stood tall through many economic yin and yang, Yogesh also breathes in the fire and courage required by a business to hold its ground, consolidate on the fundamentals of quality, client focus and financial prudence and innovate and grow at all times.

Yogesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi.
